Over the last few years I’ve found that most of my short-form writing on retail and consumer topics has ended up being on LinkedIn and Twitter rather than here.
Social media offers terrific immediacy and engagement, but it isn’t the place to try to link complex topics together over multiple posts or to really engage in collective conversation either.
